空压机油路结构及零部件的特点介绍

空气紧缩机在气动后发生必定的内压力,再利用油分桶内的压力,将油分桶内的润滑油排出,经过油散热器→油过滤器除去杂质颗粒,然后分成两路,一路从机头下部喷入机头紧缩腔,密封空隙和润滑螺杆;另一路通到机头两端,润滑机头轴承部件,然后各部分的空压机油汇集在机头底部利用空压机内压,由机头排气口排出。

Press oil gathers at the bottom of the nose and uses the internal pressure of the air compressor to be discharged from the nose exhaust port.
油气混合的紧缩空气旋切状喷入油气分离器桶后,绝大部分的油沉淀于油气桶的底部,其余的含油雾空气再经过油气分离器芯,进一步过滤滤剩余的空压机油,并进入下一个循环过程。
After the compressed air of oil-gas mixture is spurted into the oil-gas separator barrel, most of the oil deposits at the bottom of the barrel. The remaining oil-bearing mist air passes through the oil-gas separator core to further filter the remaining air compressor oil and enter the next cycle.

温度操控阀又名(自力式温度调理阀) 自力式温度调理阀不需外界动力而进行温度主动调理。它适用于蒸汽、热水、热油等为介质的各种换热工况。 广泛应用于供暖、空调、生活热水中的温度主动调理,以及特殊工况的温度主动调理,如化工、纺织、制药等生产工程。
Temperature control valve is also known as self-operated temperature control valve. Self-operated temperature control valve can adjust temperature actively without external power. It is suitable for various heat transfer conditions with steam, hot water and hot oil as medium. Widely used in heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water temperature active conditioning, as well as special conditions of temperature active conditioning, such as chemical, textile, pharmaceutical and other production projects.

温度操控阀的主要功用就是经过操控喷入机头的空压机油的温度来操控紧缩机的排气温度,避免造成空气中的水在油气桶内凝聚而乳化润滑油。
The main function of the temperature control valve is to control the exhaust temperature of the compressor by controlling the temperature of the air compressor oil injected into the nose, so as to avoid the condensation of water in the air in the oil and gas barrel and emulsifying the lubricating oil.
机器开端运行时,润滑油温度低,温度操控阀关闭,冷油不经过冷却器而直接喷入机头内。若油温升高到55度以上,则温度操控阀逐步翻开油散热器的管路,7度时完全翻开,再翻开散热器管路的同时,关闭了直接喷入机头的管路,此刻油会悉数经过油散热器冷却后再喷入机头内。
When the machine starts to run, the lubricant temperature is low, the temperature control valve is closed, and the cold oil is directly injected into the head without passing through the cooler. If the oil temperature rises above 55 degrees, the temperature control valve gradually opens the pipeline to the oil radiator, and then completely opens the pipeline to 7 degrees. At the same time, the pipeline directly injected into the engine head is closed. At this moment, the oil will be all cooled by the oil radiator and then injected into the engine head.
注:很多国产机型不设温度操控阀,而是经过空压机操控器操控电扇电机的起停来操控油温的。当排气温度上升80度时,电扇开端运转;当排气温度低于70度时,电扇主动停止运转,使空压机油温度保持在必定范围内。
Note: Many domestic models do not have temperature control valves, but control oil temperature through the start and stop of fan motor controlled by air compressor controller. When the exhaust temperature rises to 80 degrees, the fan starts to run; when the exhaust temperature is below 70 degrees, the fan stops running actively, so that the air compressor oil temperature is kept within a certain range.

油气分离器芯
oil-gas separator
油气分离器芯选用多层细密的特种纤维制成,紧缩空气中所含雾状润滑油经过油细分离器后简直可被完全滤去,油颗粒巨细可操控在0.1μ m以下,含油量则可小于3PPM。
Oil and gas separator core is made of multi-layer fine special fibers. The mist lubricant in compressed air can be completely filtered after oil separator. The oil particle size can be controlled below 0.1 micron, and the oil content can be less than 3 ppm.
回油阀
Oil return valve
油气分离器过滤后的少量空压机油集中于油分芯的小圆凹槽中,经回油管引空压机主机,避免已被分离的润滑油再随紧缩空气排出。为避免空压机主机紧缩腔内的空压机油回流,在回油管后边设置一个单向阀(回油阀),如果机器运行中空压机油下降显着加速,这是应检查回油单向阀的节省小孔是否堵塞。
A small amount of air compressor oil filtered by oil and gas separator concentrates in small circular grooves of oil coring, and is directed to the main engine of air compressor through oil return pipe to avoid the separated lubricant being discharged with compressed air. In order to avoid the air compressor oil reflux in the compressor main body's contraction chamber, a one-way valve (oil return valve) is installed behind the oil return pipe. If the air compressor oil drop accelerates significantly during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to check whether the saving orifice of the oil return one-way valve is blocked.
