注：很多国产机型不设温度操控阀，而是经过空压机操控器操控电扇电机的起停来操控油温的。当排气温度上升80度时，电扇开端运转;当排气温度低于70度时，电扇主动停止运转，使空压机油温度保持在必定范围内。

油气分离器过滤后的少量空压机油集中于油分芯的小圆凹槽中，经回油管引空压机主机，避免已被分离的润滑油再随紧缩空气排出。为避免空压机主机紧缩腔内的空压机油回流，在回油管后边设置一个单向阀(回油阀)，如果机器运行中空压机油下降显着加速，这是应检查回油单向阀的节省小孔是否堵塞。

A small amount of air compressor oil filtered by oil and gas separator concentrates in small circular grooves of oil coring, and is directed to the main engine of air compressor through oil return pipe to avoid the separated lubricant being discharged with compressed air. In order to avoid the air compressor oil reflux in the compressor main body's contraction chamber, a one-way valve (oil return valve) is installed behind the oil return pipe. If the air compressor oil drop accelerates significantly during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to check whether the saving orifice of the oil return one-way valve is blocked.
