At the same time, the pipeline directly injected into the engine head is closed. At this moment, the oil will be all cooled by the oil radiator and then injected into the engine head.
Note: Many domestic models do not have temperature control valves, but control oil temperature through the start and stop of fan motor controlled by air compressor controller. When the exhaust temperature rises to 80 degrees, the fan starts to run; when the exhaust temperature is below 70 degrees, the fan stops running actively, so that the air compressor oil temperature is kept within a certain range.
Small screw air compressor is generally planned as an integration of oil radiator and rear cooler. Large screw air compressors are mostly separated to avoid temperature interaction
Oil and gas separator core is made of multi-layer fine special fibers. The mist lubricant in compressed air can be completely filtered after oil separator. The oil particle size can be controlled below 0.1 micron, and the oil content can be less than 3 ppm.
Oil return valve
A small amount of air compressor oil filtered by oil and gas separator concentrates in small circular grooves of oil coring, and is directed to the main engine of air compressor through oil return pipe to avoid the separated lubricant being discharged with compressed air. In order to avoid the air compressor oil reflux in the compressor main body's contraction chamber, a one-way valve (oil return valve) is installed behind the oil return pipe. If the air compressor oil drop accelerates significantly during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to check whether the saving orifice of the oil return one-way valve is blocked.
