使用空气压缩机的环保减排有什么措施?

(1)加强空压机的运行管理,努力提高空压机效率,使其在更佳效率下运行。为保证空压机高效率运行,定期对空压机进行测定,同时加强维护管理。采取的主要措施是减少漏气损失;降低吸、排气伐系统阻力;加强冷却;提高操作人员的技术水平和技术人员的素质;实行强化维护保养、零故障设备管理等。

(2)降低管路损耗。针对空压机站距工作地点较远的客观实际,我们反复论证,将空压机站由井口地面移至井下通风状况良好的巷道。

(3)合理规划压缩空气管路,定期测定漏风系数。对历史形成的重叠设置的管路分支、主管路,按规划加以串、并连及短接,及时关闭闲置、备用巷道的压气管路,以减少漏风及管路损耗。定期全面检查压缩空气管路,杜绝漏风损失。

(4)加强工作面的通风管理。严格禁止用压缩空气作为辅助通风措施。加强对各工作面的局部通风管理,在各工作面分支管路上,安装流量计,耗风量与进尺、产量挂联考核,有效地杜绝了人为的浪费。

(5)调整空压机工作压力,降低负荷。根据生产实际需求及风动机械的技术要求,将空压机工作压力由8kg/cm2调至7kg/cm2。把较远工作面的风钻更新为7655D风钻。该风钻具有在压力较低的状况下,仍有较高效率的优点。将空压机自动调节器更换为电接点压力表与电磁换向伐配合,控制空压机工作压力。从而使空压机在较均匀的压力下工作,并生产较均匀的压缩空气。这样又提高了风动工具的工作效率,形成良性循环。收到了提高风动工具效率、降低工人劳动强度、减少空压机电耗的实效。
(5) Adjust the working pressure of the air compressor to reduce the load. The effectiveness of improving the efficiency of pneumatic tools, reducing the labor intensity of workers and reducing the power consumption of air compressors has been achieved.
(6)采取有效措施,降低空压机空负荷运转时间,以减少能耗。由于生产运行的不均匀性,造成空压机空负荷运行时间较长,为减少空压机空载荷电耗,实行了计划与生产实际结合,综合调整空压机运行时间制度。即由生产技术部门根据对各工作点的任务要求,规定出使用压缩空气时间,形成计划框架。再由各作业点负责人每班汇报空压机站具体使用时间及使用情况,由空压机站工作人员根据实际情况来决定开、停空压机。
