济南空压机油温的油温如何得到控制?

济南空压机中空压机油(润滑油)温度的变化,对空压机油(润滑油)的润滑效果将产生一定的影响,从而对济南空压机的正常运行及使用寿命产生影响。在产品多年的运行过程中,因润滑油引起的设备事故发生多起,其中大多数原因是未能控制好空压油(润滑油)的油温,由于油温的不稳定性,使空压机油(润滑油)的油质发生变化。

一、油温超标的原因分析

1.1、油温过低的原因

济南空压机油(润滑油)的温度在静止状态下低于22℃。导致油温过低的因素不多,主要是气温过低或空压机油润滑油本身的粘度过高、开启设备台数少、出口压力低等,使空压机油(润滑油)得不到充分利用。

导致油温过高的因素较多,且主要发生在夏季,其中主要因素有:气温过高;循环冷却水的温度较高或有冷却器堵塞;出口压力过高。

二、济南空压机油温的控制方法

2.1、油温过低的控制方法:油温过低或长期不变,容易加大传动部位的摩擦,有时还会发出尖叫声,使设备得不到充分润滑,给设备造成危害。油温过低主要发生在冬季,可采用的方法主要有:

(1)、加强厂房的密封和采暖保温,同时控制循环水的流量为原来的三分之一,使油冷却器的冷却效果降低,油温升高。
